You watch their commercials on tv and they show a cute little house and age it over the years so it looks even cuter. WELL REALITY IS ALL THEIR HMES ARE TRASHED. They board up the windows turn off the utiilites in NE its cold as hell and a flashlight just doesnt work to view a home and then they say they cater to the first time buyer. BULL the first time buyer doesnt have the funds to purchase a severly run down house. WRSE they pay a company to winterize the house and its done improperly ALWAYS. Their idea of winterization where temperatures go -15 degrees below zero is to pour antifreeze into the toilets and tanks. You open the cover and what do you see ICE! They dont blow out the lines and the houses are loaded with trash.
