The assets must be transferred before the establishment of the Energy Business Supervision Committee presumably in mid-April. Energy Policy and Planning ffice director-general Viraphol Jirapraditkul said his agency was now accepting applications from members of non-governmental organisations who want to represent their NG on the new committee. He hopes the committee can be formed next month with a list of proposed members ready for Cabinet consideration in February.
