us Digg This Sales of existing single-family homes in Greensboro fell about 29 percent in May. According to data released by the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association from the Triad multiple listing service there were 426 existing homes sold in May compared to 602 sold in May 2008. That’s a 3 percent fall from April when there were 439 home sales. The median sale price also was down falling 8. 8 percent to $130250 compared to May 2008. It was a 5 percent increase from April’s median sale price of $123900. verall total dollar volume for all sales was down 33 percent to $71.
